All sales are final once an order is placed, and we are unable to process refunds.

The prices displayed on this page are in TTD, and all transactions will be processed in TTD.

NB this platform only accepts credit card payment methods. Your transactions will be charged in TTD.

Payment processing and delivery time takes approximately one week (7 days). If you do not receive your package within 10 days, this may be due to customs clearance delays (worse case scenario). Kindly send us an e-mail for tracking details.   

All of our items a checked for damages and faults by a third party prior to delivery in Trinidad and Tobago for quality control.
